abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, surface peeling resistance, molding processability, and the like. SOLUTION: (A) Polycarbonate resin 10-9 0 parts (parts by weight, the same applies hereinafter), 90 to 10 parts of (B) aromatic vinyl-based resin, (C) (A), (B) total 100 1 part to 100 parts of the following graft-modified polyolefin resin (a) 100 parts of polyolefin resin, (b) general formula (I) (Ar is a C 6 to C 23 aromatic hydrocarbon group bonded to at least one glycidyloxy group, R is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group) A compound having a glycidyl group (b- 1) and / or unsaturated glycidyl ester compound (b- 2) 0.1 to 30 parts, (c) vinyl monomer 0.1 to 5 00 parts, and (d) a radical polymerization initiator as described in (b) above. An aqueous suspension containing 0.001 to 10 parts of the total of 100 parts of (b) and (c) was prepared.
