titleOfInvention | Method for producing fine particle foam, finished particle foam, and molded member produced from the particle foam |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] A method of finishing a particle foam. SOLUTION: a) A pressure-resistant reactor is charged with a dispersion consisting essentially of polyolefin particles and a liquid dispersant and a mixture of a volatile organic blowing agent and an additive to be introduced, b). A heat treatment is carried out to impregnate the polyolefin particles with the mixture, and subsequently the c) dispersion is discharged through the openings into the low-pressure chamber to foam the polymer particles. [Effect] The particle foam obtained by the method of the present invention has no wear of the active ingredient of the molding member observed, does not contaminate cold water at the time of post-processing, and has good welding of the foam globule. Does not require significant damping. |
