(57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide an aqueous epoxy resin curable composition having excellent corrosion resistance of a cured coating film. An epoxy group-containing compound obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (I) having an average of one or more epoxy groups in the molecule as an essential component, a specific epoxy group-containing compound and a phosphoric acid ester in a predetermined ratio. And a self-emulsifying organic amine curing agent (II) obtained by reacting polyamines with polyamine excess. Alternatively, the self-emulsifying organic amine curing agent (II) is further reacted with acrylonitrile to contain the epoxy resin (I). |
