abstract (57) Abstract: A method for quantifying 1,5-anhydroglucitol (hereinafter referred to as 1,5-AG), which is a diagnostic marker for diabetes, is provided. The quantification method of the present invention is a quantification method of 1,5-AG in a sample, which comprises at least an enzymatic reaction for phosphorylating 1,5-AG. According to the present invention, It is a method that can measure 1,5-AG in a sample easily and with high accuracy, and can be suitably used particularly for an automatic analyzer.
