abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a novel complex glycopeptide in which a sugar chain is added to peptide T which is an anti-AIDS virus (anti-HIV) active peptide. [Structure] 1) A novel complex glycopeptide represented by the following formula (Formula 1). Embedded image (In the formula, R 1 is Ala-Ser-Thr-Thr-Th. r, Thr-Thr or D-Ala-Ser-Th shows a peptide residue consisting of r-Thr-Thr, X Is a protecting group for H or N-terminal α-amino group, and Y is O H or NH 2 . R 2 represents a complex type sugar chain, a high mannose type sugar chain or a mixed type sugar chain. 2) A method for producing a novel glycoconjugate represented by (Chemical Formula 1) by transferring a sugar chain of a glycoconjugate to a synthetic peptide having an N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) residue in the presence of endoglycosidase. [Effect] By providing a sugar chain, a more effective bioactive glycopeptide having improved stability and pharmacological action is provided.
