titleOfInvention Resistor paste
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize and improve the pot life and dispersibility of a resistor paste for producing an electric resistor composed of a polyimide resin and conductive carbon black, and to improve productivity and to improve initial variation and high temperature. A paste capable of producing a resistor having a small fluctuation rate after standing is obtained. SOLUTION: In a resistor paste in which a polyamic acid and conductive carbon black are kneaded and dispersed, the polyamic acid has a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or less, and 100 parts by weight of the polyamic acid is 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent. To process.
