(57) Abstract: An aqueous liquid composition containing glycyrrhizic acid and / or a salt thereof and a drug containing a calcium ion is at least selected from a water-soluble alkali metal salt and a water-soluble magnesium salt. An aqueous liquid composition comprising one kind of compound. According to the present invention, by mixing at least one selected from water-soluble alkali metal salts or magnesium salts in an aqueous liquid composition in which a drug containing glycyrrhizic acids and a drug containing calcium ions coexist, glycyrrhizin can be obtained. It is possible to suppress the formation of turbidity or precipitate caused by the binding of acids and calcium ions, and to maintain the appearance stability for a long time without impairing the effectiveness of the drug. |
