abstract | (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide an adsorbent and an adsorption method capable of simply and inexpensively and sufficiently recovering and removing a surfactant from a solution such as a waste liquid containing the surfactant. . The adsorbent includes, for example, a crosslinked polymer having a polyoxyalkylene chain. Further, the surfactant is adsorbed by bringing the adsorbent having the above configuration into contact with the solution. The crosslinking polymer is made by crosslinking polyalkylene glycol crosslinked polymer, or, CH 2 = CR-C O- (X) n- Y (In the formula, R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, X represents an oxyalkylene group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and Y represents a hydrogen atom or C 1 to 5 carbon atoms. An alkoxy group, a phenoxy group, or an oxyalkylphenyl group having 1 to 3 alkyl groups having 1 to 9 carbon atoms as a substituent, and n represents a positive number of 3 to 100 on average. A cross-linked polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing a (meth) acrylic acid ester-based monomer is particularly preferable. |
