abstract | (57) Abstract: An electric wire coating rubber composition and a water blocking sheet rubber composition according to the present invention have ethylene and 3 to 20 carbon atoms. Random copolymer rubber consisting of α- olefin and a specific branched polyene compound, a vulcanizing agent, and a filler, the copolymer rubber, the molar ratio of ethylene and α- olefin, Iodine number and intrinsic viscosity are in specific ranges. The outermost layer of the rubber-coated electric wire of the present invention is formed of a vulcanized product of this composition. The waterproof sheet of the present invention is a vulcanized product of this composition. [Effect] The above composition for electric wire coating rubber enables high-speed molding of an electric wire coating rubber excellent in external damage resistance, crush resistance and low temperature flexibility. In addition, the above-mentioned rubber composition for a water-stop sheet enables high-speed molding of a water-stop sheet having excellent external damage resistance and low-temperature flexibility. Therefore, the rubber-coated electric wire has excellent effects on external damage resistance, crush resistance and low-temperature flexibility, and the waterproof sheet has excellent external damage resistance and low-temperature flexibility. |
