titleOfInvention Ready-to-use indomethacin-based eye drops
abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To develop a stable indomethacin eye drop containing indomethacin, which is insoluble in water, in an aqueous solution. SOLUTION: (a) indomethacin and (b) C 1 ~ C 4 includes a alkyl or C 1 -C 4 are hydroxyalkyl groups and etherified β- or γ- cyclodextrin, an in an aqueous solution, said cyclodextrin is present in molar ratio with respect to the indomethacin of at least 10/1, And, a ready-to-use indomethacin eye drop is provided in which the pH of the solution is 4.0 to 6.0.
