titleOfInvention | Steel segment for lining and secondary lining of shield tunnels |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] Mechanical strength and waterproofness against internal water pressure, (EN) Provided is a lining of a shield tunnel which is excellent in assemblability and workability and can be economically designed, and a steel segment for secondary lining used for the lining. SOLUTION: A plurality of secondary lining steel segments A are assembled into a ring shape by butt welding or the like on the inner side of the primary lining of the shield tunnel. The steel segment A for secondary lining is a steel plate 1 bent into the finished radius of the tunnel. Similarly, the CT-shaped steel 2 that has been bent is welded and joined in the circumferential direction of the tunnel, and the stiffening material 3 is welded and joined in the axial direction of the tunnel. The stiffener 3 is provided with a plurality of holes 5 for reducing the weight. A rubber material 4 is installed in a portion of the CT section steel 2 which is in contact with the primary lining on the outer surface of the flange to provide a damage preventing effect and a cushioning effect on the primary lining. The synthetic resin foam 13 is filled between the segment 8 of the primary lining and the steel segment A for the secondary lining. |
