titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of dyed paper |
abstract | (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a new and improved method for producing dyed paper, which is capable of performing uniform dyeing and easily dyeing various hues. SOLUTION: A dye / pigment carrier obtained by supporting a dye / pigment on a finely divided fibrous material of synthetic fibers having a median particle diameter of 10 to 50 μm and 90% or more of the integrated weight in the range of 1 to 100 μm is used to produce a papermaking pulp. The stock is prepared by adding it to the stock prepared as the main material and mixing it. The refined fibrous material of synthetic fibers is preferably produced using an abrasive grain plate rubbing device in which a plurality of abrasive grain plates made of abrasive grains having a grain size of 16 to 120 are rubbed and arranged. It is possible to easily express various hues by adding and mixing different dyes and pigments dyed yellow, red, and blue to the paper material in various proportions. |
