titleOfInvention Slab-like composite yarn and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a slab-like composite yarn which is rich in color change, has a soft and silky texture, and has good sizing property. SOLUTION: A contraction multifilament yarn having no false twist crimp is wound and integrated around a false twist thick and thin multifilament yarn to form a single winding part and a triple winding part alternately, and a single winding part is formed. The false twisted yarn forming the wound portion has a gentle twist, and the false twisted yarn forming the triple wound portion has a twist direction different from that of the false twisted yarn forming the single wound portion. A slab-like composite yarn having a tight twist and having a continuous bent portion in the longitudinal direction of the yarn, and this is supplied by a two-heater false twisting machine at an overfeed rate of 15 to 50% during false twisting. It is obtained by inserting the shrinkable multifilament yarn of the sheath yarn into the untwisted region of the thick and thin multifilament yarn of the core yarn, and winding and unifying it.
