titleOfInvention | Vulcanizable rubber composition |
abstract | (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a vulcanizable rubber composition having an excellent balance between friction coefficient and abrasion resistance, which is particularly suitable for pinch roller applications such as magnetic tape devices. SOLUTION: The unsaturated nitrile unit is 15 to 40% by weight, 60 to 40% by weight of a nitrile group-containing highly saturated copolymer rubber obtained by hydrogenating a butadiene-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid ester-acrylonitrile copolymer rubber having an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid ester unit of 20 to 40% by weight, and ethylene-propylene- For 100 parts by weight of a rubber mixture consisting of 40 to 60% by weight of ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber, which is a dicyclopentadiene terpolymer, FE 20 to 8 parts by weight of a low-structure carbon black made of F-LS, 5 to 20 parts by weight of a plasticizer made of dioctyl phthalate, and an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent 0.5 to 2 0 parts by weight is compounded. |
