titleOfInvention Method for producing colored slaked lime for plaster
abstract (57) Abstract: A method for producing colored slaked lime for stucco in which a coloring substance is uniformly dispersed and in which color unevenness is less likely to occur. SOLUTION: Colored slaked lime for plaster is obtained by adding powder of an inorganic material as a coloring substance to powder of limestone and firing it. It is manufactured by digestion. Limestone is preferably a powder having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 0.5 mm. The coloring substance is In addition to inorganic materials such as pigments, sludge obtained by washing limestone with water is used. The addition amount of the coloring substance is preferably in the range of 1 to 20% by weight in limestone. The firing temperature is preferably in the range of 900 to 1300 ° C. Since sludge obtained by washing limestone with water contains calcium carbonate at a high concentration, it can be used as it is for firing.
