titleOfInvention | Liquid crystal display connection structure and heat seal connector |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A liquid crystal display that has a fine conductive line and can be connected to a drive circuit board and a liquid crystal display using a heat-seal connector that can be manufactured at low cost, and that can easily respond to design changes. Provided is a device connection structure, and a heat seal connector used for this connection structure and the like. [Structure] A plurality of straight conductive lines 2 are formed in parallel on one surface of an insulating flexible sheet 1, anisotropic conductive layers 3 are formed on both sides of these conductive lines 2, and the conductive lines 2 are different. An insulating resist film 4 is formed between the conductive layers 3 by screen printing, and a conductive line 3 and a groove 5 inclined at a predetermined angle θ are formed on the surface of the insulating resist film 4 in at least one position over the entire width, thereby forming a heat seal connector. 10 The anisotropic conductive layer 3 of the heat seal connector 10 is connected to the circuit board 20 and the anisotropic conductive layer 3 of the other is connected to the liquid crystal display 30, and the heat seal connector 10 is folded along the groove 5. The circuit board 20 and the liquid crystal display body 30 which are bent so as to be displaced two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally can be connected to each other. |
