A top sheet 2, a back sheet 3, and an absorber 4 are formed, and a ventral side portion A and a back side portion B are formed, and flaps 10 are provided on both left and right edges of the back side portion B, respectively. a and 10b are connected in series, and a flap fastening portion 14 is provided at the tip portion 11 of the flap 10a, and the flap fastening portion 14 allows the left and right flaps 10a, 10b can be fastened to the wearer's abdominal side, and the abdominal side portion A is provided with diaper fastening portions 20 on both left and right sides thereof.
