Provided is a method for manufacturing a color filter having a fine pattern and excellent heat resistance. [Structure] 1. In a step of forming a space between pixels so that the second and subsequent colored photosensitive resin layers face the substrate and bonding them together, by heating during the second developing step, (I) a step of rinsing with a developing solution before the transfer step of transferring the colored photosensitive resin layer of the second and subsequent colors from the base film to the space between the pixels and the developing step of the second and subsequent colors; A method for producing a color filter comprising: (ii) a step of washing with water to remove a developing solution; and (iii) a step of heating and drying to remove the water of the above (ii). |
