(57) [Summary] [Objective] Curing useful for an organopolysiloxane composition in which a radical photopolymerization initiator and a titanium compound-based condensation catalyst do not mutually deactivate their catalytic activities and are cured by the action of light and moisture. Provided is a catalyst and a curable organopolysiloxane composition containing the same.
