titleOfInvention Conductive adhesive rubber
abstract (57) [Abstract] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the quality of an object to be processed without marking the object to be processed, remove static electricity and dust without damaging the object to be processed. A powder of a metal-inorganic compound doped with a conductive plasticizer and antimony is compounded in the entire adhesive rubber. The adhesive rubber is formed by mixing coumarone resin or petroleum hydrocarbon resin in the whole rubber, or by itself having adhesiveness. Volume resistivity is 10 4 to 10 8 Ω cm.
