(57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To develop a polypropylene film having both low-temperature heat-sealing property and high rigidity, and a method for producing the material polypropylene. A film obtained from the following crystalline polypropylene has a heat sealing temperature (THS; ° C) and a melting point (Tm; C.) and the relation expressed by the following equation: 25 ≦ 1.17 × (Tm) − (THS) ≦ 32. The above crystalline polypropylene is a metallocene having a chiral hafnocene content of 80% by weight or more as a catalyst. It can be obtained by homopolymerizing propylene using (A) and alkylaluminoxane (B) or copolymerizing propylene with an α-olefin having 2 to 12 carbon atoms excluding propylene, particularly ethylene. |
