titleOfInvention | Method for producing resin aqueous dispersion |
abstract | (57) Abstract: An aqueous resin dispersion having excellent productivity, no environmental problems such as waste solvent, and good fluidity and durability is provided. A carboxyl group-containing radically polymerizable monomer (for example, acrylic acid) and a radically polymerizable monomer having a reactive functional group that is non-reactive with an unsaturated group (for example, γ -Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) is subjected to emulsion polymerization in the presence of a chain transfer agent to obtain a resin having a number average molecular weight of 500 to 20,000, and then a saturated group is added in the presence of the resin. A monomer component containing a radically polymerizable monomer having a group capable of reacting with a non-reactive reactive functional group (for example, γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane) as an essential component is emulsion-polymerized. |
