titleOfInvention | Polishing tool for high specular polishing of stainless steel |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To efficiently remove streaks generated by pre-polishing and enable high mirror-finish finish with excellent gloss. In this polishing tool, a rotary shaft 4 parallel to the surface of a material to be polished 5 is fixed to a cylindrical base 2, and a resin sponge 3 is bonded to the circumferential surface of the base 2. A plurality of slits 1 are formed in the resin sponge 3 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the slits 1 cross the polishing surface. The polishing liquid and abrasive grains supplied to the surface of the material to be polished 5 are discharged to the outside of the polishing surface by the slit 1. |
