A powder containing a volatile oil component, a water-repellent polymer soluble in the volatile oil component, a powder, and a non-volatile oil component compatible with the volatile oil component, and contained in 1 g of a composition. A composition for lipsticks, wherein the total body surface area is 1 to 25 m 2 .
