titleOfInvention Bearing manufacturing method and ball bearing cage
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] When the bearing is filled with the solid lubricant composition, first, a wax film is formed on the bearing rolling element and / or the rolling contact surface, and then the thermosetting resin and the lubricating grease are mixed. A method for manufacturing a bearing, characterized in that a solid lubricant composition comprising a mixture is filled in a bearing, the solid lubricant composition is solidified, and then heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the coating to melt and remove the coating. A ball bearing retainer made of a solid lubricant composition comprising a mixture of a thermosetting resin and a lubricating grease; and a ball bearing using the ball bearing retainer. The bearing obtained by the method of the present invention does not hinder the rotation or sliding of the rolling elements of the bearing. Further, the ball bearing using the cage made of the solid lubricant composition of the present invention can perform good lubrication for a long time without requiring supplementation of the lubricant.
