abstract | (57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide an oxygen-based bleaching composition that is excellent in bleaching and removal of a colored substance caused by mold and mold attached to a hard surface, has no irritating odor when used, and is stable when stored. SOLUTION: (1) Hydrogen peroxide 0.5 to 95% by weight (2) 0.1 to 70% by weight of a compound that reacts with hydrogen peroxide to form a bleaching active species in an aqueous solution, (3) 0.1 to 50% by weight of a glycol organic solvent, and (4) the balance of water.
