titleOfInvention Interferon gene-embedded multilamellar liposome and method for treating malignant tumor using the liposome
abstract (57) Abstract: An interferon gene-embedded multilamellar liposome and a method for treating malignant tumor using the liposome are provided. SOLUTION: This is a cationic multilamellar liposome in which the constituent lipids are TMAG, DLPC and DOPE and the molar ratio is 1: 2: 2, and a plasmid in which the interferon gene is incorporated into the RN, RSV, p △ RSV, CMV or CN vector. Is an interferon gene-embedded liposome. [Effect] When the liposome itself has low cytotoxicity and the interferon gene-embedded liposome is allowed to act on malignant tumor cells, particularly glioma brain tumor cells, the tumor cells are transformed and secrete interferon to suppress the growth of the cells. Disappears. Therefore, this interferon gene-embedded liposome is excellent in use safety and effectiveness.
