titleOfInvention Non-baked cured product
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-fired cured material having a texture of soil and high strength (particularly bending strength) at a relatively low cost. SOLUTION: Clay 5 to 75% slaked lime and / or quick lime (calculated as Ca (OH) 2 ) 5 to 15% Blast furnace granulated slag 10 to 70% with a particle size of 300 μm or less and / or silicic acid with a particle size of 300 μm or less A non-fired cured product obtained by molding an autoclave and curing a raw material containing 100 parts by weight of a main raw material of 10 to 60% by weight and optionally 10 to 50 parts by weight of silica sand having a particle diameter of 1 mm or more. If necessary, 5 parts by weight or less of straw is added.
