abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a composition for surface treatment, which can be treated at room temperature and is excellent in liquid stability and antifouling property. SOLUTION: (R 1 ) a (R 2 ) b (R 3 ) c Si (N CO) 4-abc and an organic solvent composed of an organic compound having a fluorine atom. R 1 is a monovalent organic group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, R 2 and R 3 are H or 1 to 3 carbon atoms, respectively. A monovalent organic group of 0, a is an integer of 1 to 3, b and c are 0 or 1, respectively, and 1 ≦ a + b + c ≦ 3. |
