titleOfInvention | Top-coat paint composition, paint finishing method and painted article |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] (A) A compound having two or more functional groups consisting of a carboxyl group blocked with a specific compound in one molecule, (B) the blocked carboxyl group and heating. And a compound having two or more reactive functional groups capable of forming a chemical bond by (C) and having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 10 μm. m is a non-aqueous polymer fine particle composed of a copolymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer as an essential component, and optionally (D) a thermal latent acid catalyst showing activity during heat curing, A topcoat coating composition in which the non-aqueous polymer fine particles (C) are 0.2 to 20.0% by weight based on the total solid content of the composition, and a coating finishing method and a coated article using the composition. [Effect] It gives a cured coating film having excellent chemical performance, physical performance and weather resistance, and also has excellent storage stability. When a base coat is formed on a substrate, and then the top coating composition of the present invention is applied, the organic coating becomes organic. It has a small amount of solvent discharged and has excellent finished appearance and painting work efficiency. |
