titleOfInvention | Solid-state laser device |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A solid laser medium capable of oscillating a laser beam in a wavelength band of 500 nm and a nonlinear optical element are used to generate ultraviolet light in a wavelength band of 200 nm or 300 nm with high efficiency by a simple configuration. A possible solid-state laser device is provided. A laser light source 30 for generating a first laser light. And a solid-state laser medium 5 with Er as a dopant that oscillates a second laser beam having a wavelength band of 500 nm. And a non-linear optical element 7 for converting the wavelength of the second laser light into ½, and emits laser light in the wavelength band of 200 nm. |
