titleOfInvention Anti-fogging article having anti-reflection performance and method for producing the same
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: With respect to articles such as spectacle lenses and window glass, they have antireflection performance, sustainability, water proofing resistance and stain resistance without deteriorating surface characteristics such as surface hardness. Provides anti-fog performance. SOLUTION: The uppermost layer of an antireflection film provided on an article is a layer having pores / fine irregularities and having a filling rate of 0.95 or less, and a hydrophilic substance is present in the pores / fine irregularities, and An optical article whose surface is composed of an inorganic material having water repellency and a hydrophilic material. [Effect] An inorganic material having hardness and water repellency and a hydrophilic material having antifogging property are present on the surface of an optical article having an antireflection film, so that the antifogging property has abrasion resistance, water proofing resistance and stain resistance. An optical article having performance can be obtained. Furthermore, since the filling rate of the uppermost layer of the antireflection film is set to 0.95 or less to increase the occupied volume of pores and fine irregularities and fix the hydrophilic substance, the density of the hydrophilic substance is increased and the antifogging property is increased. Performance has also improved.
