(57) Abstract: A method for manufacturing embedded electrodes in a patterned plastic mold made of non-conductive plastic. SOLUTION: A patterned plastic mold is manufactured on a support plate which is transparent to electromagnetic radiation, and the pattern of the plastic mold is filled with a solution of a metal compound, and the support plate is supported from the back surface of the support plate. The solution of the metal compound is irradiated with electromagnetic radiation through the body plate, in which case electrodes are formed on the patterned substrate and remove the solution of the metal compound from the patterned pattern of the plastic mold. [Effect] Defects, protrusions or cavities do not occur in the structure obtained during precipitation. |
