titleOfInvention Method for producing hard composite material containing cubic boron nitride
abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use cubic boron nitride without using a raw material which has been previously subjected to a coating treatment, etc., under a pressure sintering condition of a relatively low pressure and temperature so that cubic boron nitride is in a metastable state. Provided is a method for producing a high-density cubic boron nitride-containing hard composite material that does not include hexagonal boron nitride. SOLUTION: Cubic boron nitride, aluminum oxide, metallic aluminum, one or more kinds of carbides, nitrides and borides of elements of 4A, 5A and 6A of the periodic table and Si, and alkali metal, oxygen and boron. A compound consisting of one or more powders of the compound consisting of Pressure sintering is performed at 1500 ° C.
