abstract |
(57) Abstract: A method for producing a hole-transporting material that is soluble in a polysiloxane resin for providing a charge-transporting ability to the resin is provided. A tertiary amine having a plurality of aromatic groups, which is used for a hole transporting compound having an ionization potential of 4.5 to 6.2 eV, on a part or all of the aromatic groups. In the production of a silicon-based transport material in which an alkoxysilyl group is introduced via a hydrocarbon group, an unsaturated aliphatic group bonded to an aromatic group constituting the hole-transporting compound, a hydrogen atom and an alkoxy group are bonded to a silicon atom. The alkoxysilane having a substituent of is bonded by a hydrosilylation reaction using a platinum compound as a catalyst, and the generated silicon-based hole transport material is brought into contact with the adsorbent of the platinum compound to remove the platinum compound together with the adsorbent of platinum compound. A method for producing a silicon-based hole transporting material having a concentration of 10 ppm or less. |
