abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] It is possible to reduce the amount of gas generating agent in a gas generator by increasing the amount of generated gas, and to reduce the amount of cooling agent by decreasing the combustion temperature. (EN) Provided is a gas generating agent which can be reduced in size and can be downsized and lightened. SOLUTION: The gas generating agent 7 is hydrazodicarbonamide, at least one oxidizing agent selected from oxo acid salts, and oxides of transition elements contained in Periods 4, 5 and 6 of the periodic table of elements. And at least one combustion control agent selected from chlorides and sulfates. Further, at least selected from sulfate hydrates, nitrate hydrates, carbonates, carbonate hydrates, hydroxides and hydroxide hydrates of metals of Periods 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the Periodic Table of the Elements. It is desirable to include one heat reducing agent. The gas generating agent 7 is loaded in the combustion chamber 3 in the gas generator 1. |
