(57) Abstract: An aqueous resin composition having excellent water resistance is obtained. SOLUTION: The basic nitrogen atom-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer (a) is contained in an amount of 3 to 15% by weight, and 1 to 10 to 1/2 mol of a carboxyl group is contained with respect to 1 mol of the monomer (a). Aqueous dispersion (A) of ethylenically unsaturated monomer (b) and polymer particles containing other ethylenically unsaturated monomer (c) as a copolymerization component, and polyfunctional epoxy resin (B) The present invention relates to an aqueous crosslinkable resin composition comprising: and a system pH of 2 to 5, and a method for producing the same. |
