abstract (57) Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to improve a dielectric characteristic of a capacitor in a high frequency region by using a counter electrode having better conductivity. SOLUTION: A polyimide dielectric film 2 having a uniform thickness is provided on a porous substrate 1, a counter electrode 3 of either conductive polypyrrole or manganese dioxide is formed on the surface thereof, and a metal plating is further formed on the counter electrode 3. Collector electrode 4 consisting of layers Is provided.
