(57) Abstract: By combining a coating type magnetic recording medium with a specific dispersant, an electromagnetic conversion characteristic is improved and a magnetic recording medium excellent in durability is obtained. SOLUTION: An acidic amino acid such as glutamic acid and aspartic acid and derivatives thereof are used as a dispersant for a polyurethane resin having a tertiary amine or quaternary ammonium salt as a polar group. |
