(57) [Summary] [Purpose] Acrylic plastisol gel is firmly adhered to a metal substrate, has excellent corrosion resistance, and has no tendency to whiten under severe hot water treatment conditions such as retort treatment. Provided are structures and methods by which the structures can be manufactured. [Structure] Acrylic plastisol is applied to a metal substrate or an organic coated metal substrate provided with a thermosetting resin layer containing a bisphenol type epoxy resin and a phenol resin in a weight ratio of 99: 1 to 85:15, and the acrylic plastisol is heated. Is gelled, and at the same time, it is adhered to the substrate via the thermosetting resin layer. [Effect] Simultaneously with the gelation of acrylic plastisol, it is firmly adhered to the thermosetting resin layer within a short period of time, and the resulting adhesive structure has remarkable peel resistance, corrosion resistance, retort resistance, etc. Is excellent. |
