titleOfInvention Dry test device for measuring glycoalbumin
abstract (57) [Abstract] (Correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a dry test device capable of measuring a glycoalbumin level by a simple operation without requiring pretreatment for serum separation. SOLUTION: On a support 1 having a through hole or a light transmissive portion for enabling optical measurement, a measurement layer 4 in which a capture agent binding to glycoalbumin and albumin is immobilized is provided on the support 1. A developing layer 5 is laminated so as to cover the permeable portion, a developing layer 5 is laminated on the measuring layer, and a reagent layer 6 carrying a dye for coloring albumin, a dye for coloring glycoalbumin, and a denaturant is the developed layer. Stacked on top of A blood cell separation layer 7 composed of a blood cell separation membrane is laminated on the reagent layer, and a residual liquid absorption layer 8 that absorbs a residual liquid for development is provided so as to surround the circumference of the measurement layer. The pigment that colors and the pigment that colors glycoalbumin have different optical characteristics.
