A soil-stabilized polyurethane foamed resin composition comprising an organic mixture and an inorganic mixture, and a soil stabilization method using the composition. The organic mixture is composed of an organic polyisocyanate (MDI dimer compound-containing polyisocyanate), an active hydrogen group-containing compound, an NCO group-terminated prepolymer consisting of a monoalcohol, a viscosity modifier and optionally a surfactant. The inorganic mixture consists of an aqueous silicate solution and / or an aqueous silica sol, a coupling agent, an amine-based catalyst, a blowing agent and optionally a surfactant. |
