titleOfInvention | Pressure casting sleeve with excellent melting resistance and heat retention |
abstract | (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt a steel material which is cheaper than a Ti alloy or the like as a base material of a sleeve for pressure casting, and without using a special method such as CVD. Provided is a sleeve for pressure casting which exhibits high melting resistance and excellent heat retention. A cylindrical sleeve used for pressure casting of non-ferrous metal, characterized in that at least the inner peripheral surface in contact with the molten metal is made of an alloy steel containing 10 mass% or more of Cr. Therefore, it goes without saying that the sleeve as a whole is composed of the alloy steel, and the sleeve is divided into an outer peripheral side member and an inner peripheral side member, a conventional hot work tool steel is used on the outer peripheral side, and the alloy is formed on the inner peripheral side. It is also within the scope of the invention to employ steel. Further, if N is contained in an amount of 1% by mass or more or CrN is formed on at least the inner peripheral surface that comes into contact with the molten metal, more excellent melting loss resistance can be obtained. |
