abstract (57) Abstract: A bag pressurizing device having good separation performance such as recovery rate of separated components when transferring separated components in a bag. SOLUTION: The bag pressurizing device 1a has a box-shaped casing 51, and a flat convex portion 512 is formed on an outer surface of a side wall 511 of the casing 51. This convex part 5 12 is provided below blood collection bag 10 at a position corresponding thereto. A pressure plate 53 is installed on the right side of the protrusion 512 in FIG. 1 with a predetermined distance therebetween. Inside the casing 51, an air cylinder 55 is installed vertically to the side wall 511, and the tip of its piston rod 551 is joined to the pressure plate 53. Further, at a predetermined position of the pressure plate 53, a sensor 54 that detects the interface position of the centrifugally separated blood component in the blood collection bag 10 is installed.
