Method for producing ultra-thin protein immobilized reactor and chemical reaction using the obtained ultra-thin protein immobilized reactor |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for forming a protein ultrathin film whose structure is controlled with molecular precision on a solid support. [Structure] An ultrathin film of a protein is immobilized on a solid support by the alternate adsorption method and used as an enzyme reaction system for a specific substrate. It is also possible to immobilize a plurality of types of proteins in the same thin film and carry out a complex enzyme reaction in the thin film. Furthermore, by using a porous filter as a solid support, it is possible to separate the substrate and the product simultaneously with the reaction. |
