Addition salt of arbekacin with (-)-cis-1,2-epoxypropylphosphonic acid, production method thereof, and antibacterial agent |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] (Modified) [PROBLEMS] To provide an addition salt of arbekacin and fosfomycin hemi salt as a novel substance having high antibacterial activity but low nephrotoxicity. A method of mixing fosfomycin or an amine salt thereof in an aqueous solution with arbekacin free base in a ratio to form an addition salt theoretically and reacting the mixture, and lyophilizing or concentrating the aqueous layer of the reaction solution to dryness An addition salt of arbekacin represented by the following general formula (I) and fosfomycin or a hemi salt thereof can be produced. This supplemented salt has a high antibacterial activity but a low nephrotoxicity, and is therefore useful as an antibacterial agent. [In the formula, 1 to 5 of the 5 Xs represented are the following formula (IIa) additionally bonded to the amino group of arbekacin: Or a hemi-ammonium salt, hemi-amine salt, hemi-Na salt or hemi-K thereof represented by Shows salt]. |
