abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Chemical formula 1 [Chemical formula 1] (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, an acyl group, a lower alkyl group or R 1 'CH 2- , and R 1 ' is a cyclo lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a lower alkynyl group, a benzyl group, an aryl group or A heteroaryl group, provided that R 1 is not a methyl group) 5, 6, 7, 8-Tetrahydro-2 (1H) -oxo-1,6-naphthyridine-3-carbonitrile derivative or an acid addition salt thereof. EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention is useful as a medicine, particularly 3- (1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl) -5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1 having an affinity for benzodiazepine receptors. It is useful as an intermediate for producing a 6,6-naphthyridine derivative.
