abstract | (57) Abstract: In producing a thermoplastic resin sheet containing a plasticizer, there is provided a method capable of obtaining a sheet having a low incidence of appearance defects and a high thickness accuracy. SOLUTION: A composition composed of a thermoplastic resin and a plasticizer is extruded from a mold into a sheet shape, and the gas around the extruded sheet shaped article S is sucked by a suction device 4 to form the sheet shaped article. By cooling, the plasticizer vapor V is prevented from staying in the vicinity of the sheet and the mold to reduce appearance defects, and the suction enhances the cooling effect of the sheet to reduce variations in the sheet thickness. |
