titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of vinyl resin hollow balls in which a hieroglyphic object is movably incorporated
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To manufacture a vinyl resin hollow ball in which a figurine is embedded in a floating state. [Structure] After passing a thin wire 5 through an umbilicus 6 and fixing the figure 4 at its tip 5a, the umbilicus 6 is adhered to the inner wall of the lower mold 2 of the ball-molding mold for splitting the umbilicus 6 and for ball molding. After filling the lower mold 2 with an appropriate amount of the vinyl resin sol 8 described above, the upper and lower molds 1 and 2 are stacked and integrally fastened, and then the vinyl resin sol 8 is heated and melted while rolling over to form a ball 9. After that, the wire 5 is pulled out from the navel 6, so that the hieroglyphics 4 is separated from the navel 6 and movably incorporated.
