(57) [Summary] [Purpose] Ganglioside G D3 to Ganglioside G M3 A method of manufacturing the is provided. [Structure] By heating a raw material containing a lipid in a neutral region, ganglioside G D3 is converted into ganglioside G M3 in the raw material to obtain ganglioside G M3 . [Effect] This production method of ganglioside G M3 does not require addition of acid or alkali, and thus does not require a step of neutralization or desalting, and is extremely useful when producing ganglioside G M3 on an industrial scale. That's the method. |
